At Slip®, we want you to love your silk essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain beauty products and opened silk pillowcases may be subject to specific restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the silk items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original Slip® box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
